From the Fitch Pharm to Your Table

There's nothing like a home cooked meal. We've prepared these recipes to share with the people you love be it around your dinner table or elsewhere.

Corn MealCornbread

  • 1 ¼ Cup Flour
  • ¾ Cup Corn meal
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Egg whites or 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400oF. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt and mix
well. Stir in milk, oil and egg. Mix until moistened. Pour batter into greased 8” or 9” pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

No-Bake Maple Cookies

  • 2 Cups Maple sugar
  • 3 Cups quick oats
  • 6 Tablespoons Peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup shortening

Directions:

Bring maple syrup, milk, shortening, salt, and vanilla to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in oats and peanut butter. Drop on wax paper by teaspoon. Let set about 1 hour or until firm.
