Rhubarb Pie
From the kitchen of J. Motter
3 Cups Cut Up Rhubarb
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Flour, heaping
Pinch of Salt
2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
Beat egg and add sugar, syrup and flour. Mix well and add rhubarb. Put into two-crust pie. Bake at 425oF for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350o until it bubbles, approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
